This is an actual model of the ones which operated on the Furzebrook Railway.
We were asked to produce this by the customers of Boot Lane Works who had bought the Furzebrook loco ( see their model here.)
The body and chassis are made out of wood - just lke the real thing.
It really tips!
The kit is fairly easy to make - but the parts are quite tiny and you have to be accurate with the wood glue.
The finished version is ready to run.
The wagon is re-gaugeable. The wheels simply push out for 45mm or in for 32mm.
