This is almost an exact model of the Corris Railway's Slab Wagon. (We say "almost" as most 16mm railways have single buffers and, of course, the Corris had twin buffers - which causes buffer-lock derailments when used with single buffers).
The body and chassis are made out of wood.
The kit is easy to make - a lot easier than it looks. All you need is some wood glue and paints. Everything else is inluded.
The finished version is ready to run.
The side long poles (with attached chain) can both be removed and stored in the centre - just like the real thing.
The wagon is only available in 32mm gauge. Sorry, but the body just isn't wide enough to take 45mm gauge.
You can buy three kits if you wish and save some money.
